In 1996, a personal project—building my own home—ignited my passion for real estate. From there, I began purchasing, renovating, and managing properties, always blending artistry with functionality. But when I was denied a mortgage despite years of financial discipline, I faced a harsh reality: traditional systems often overlook hardworking entrepreneurs like me.
That challenge fueled my determination to create change. I founded Dream Home Bridge to provide creative financing solutions for individuals shut out by conventional banks. I also lead RoofBound.com, a real estate property management and acquisition company focused on building long-term wealth through smart investments.
Beyond real estate, I created The Money Flow Genie Podcast, where I share financial strategies, wealth-building principles, and the mindset shifts needed for true financial freedom. Through candid conversations and expert insights, I empower listeners to take control of their money and transform their financial future.
